Disney’s Magical Express

Disney’s Magical express service offers complimentary airport transfers from MCO (Orlando International Airport) to your Disney Resort. How It Works

Once you have booked your vacation to Disney World and have your Air we will reserve the Disney's Magical Express Transportation. We give Disney your flight information and they will send you a DME (Disney’s Magical Express) booklet with directions about using the service and where you go once you arrive at the airport. You will also receive long yellow tags that you will attach to your luggage, this way when it arrives at MCO Disney will get it for you and go straight to the DME check in area. If you want to pickup your luggage and bring it with you on the motor coach you can, it is up to you.

When you landing at Orlando International Airport, skip baggage claim and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center in the Main Terminal Building, B side, Level 1. Disney's Magical Express service will collect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within 3 hours after you check in at the resort. Luggage delivery service provided by Disney's Magical Express is available for flights arriving between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. For airport arrivals after 10:00 pm, Guests may collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motor coach. After you check in you will proceed to a motor coach that will take you to your resort, the motor coach can make up to three stops.

Near the end of your magical Disney vacation you will receive a transportation notice advising you of the pick-up time and place for your motor coach ride back to Orlando International Airport. You can bring all your luggage with you or stop at the Resort Airline check in desk and they can take your checked luggage and print out your boarding passes. I have used the Resort Airline check in service for years now and have not had any issues.

Remember that you cannot reserve the luggage service exclusively. You must be present on the motor coach to have your luggage transported to a Walt Disney World hotel.
